  • Koolseoul is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors beyond our control.


3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed on our website.

  • Customers are fully responsible for paying any customs taxes or duties imposed by their local authorities.
