NCT is a boy group brand from SM Entertainment that debuted on April 9, 2016 with the first NCT U singles. Instead of one fixed line-up, NCT is made of several units. The four main ones are NCT 127, based in Seoul, NCT DREAM, WayV, which sings in Mandarin and Korean, and NCT WISH, based in Japan. NCT U and smaller units such as NCT DOJAEJUNG and NCT JNJM bring members together for specific projects.

Each unit has its own discography. Recent releases include the NCT 127 album Blingy and the WayV EP Vision Wings in August 2026, the NCT WISH album Ode to Love in April 2026 and the NCT DREAM album Go Back To The Future in 2025. Fans are called NCTzen, and the green official lightstick is widely nicknamed the Neobong.
