Customs duties & import taxes
Once your package has shipped, any customs duties, taxes or additional fees applied on arrival in your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our headquarters in Seoul, South Korea. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel every step of the way.

How long does delivery take?
K-Packet (standard) takes 7 to 14 business days, while DHL Express (premium) takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times depend on your destination and local customs processing.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Kool Seoul ships internationally from Seoul, South Korea. Both K-Packet and DHL Express are available to the USA, Canada and Japan, and DHL Express also covers the rest of the world.
How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once your order reaches the threshold for your destination: $150 for the USA and Canada (K-Packet), $60 for Japan, and $300 for DHL Express to Canada and worldwide.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
Possibly. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These fees are not included in your order and are payable by the recipient on arrival.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every shipment includes tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our Seoul headquarters.
