How to Use

1. Start with clean, dry lashes.
2. Curl your lashes with an eyelash curler for extra lift if desired.
3. Open your PASSION CAT Mascara Express Curl-Up and gently remove excess formula from the brush.
4. Starting at the base of your upper lashes, wiggle the brush back and forth as you move upward toward the tips.
5. For extra volume and curl, apply a second coat before the first layer dries.
6. Use the tip of the brush to catch smaller lashes in the inner and outer corners.
7. Allow your lashes to fully dry.
8. To remove, use your favorite eye makeup remover.

For best results, avoid pumping the brush into the tube. Replace the cap tightly after each use. Enjoy bold, curled lashes all day!
